Does Elvera Reuer really make each angel by hand?
Yes! Every stitch and every brush stroke is Elvera's. However, Erwin, Elvera's angel of a husband, performs the power carpentry required of some of the angel stablity bases.

Will the angel I buy be identical to the web site photo?
Since every angel is handmade, and many of the materials rely upon availability in Germany, Angelkraft cannot guarantee that orders will be absolutely identical to the product photo. However, Elvera strives to maintain the consistency of facial expression, hair color, fabric color, and accessories in all angels except the Carolers. Each Caroler is one of a kind.

Does the price of each angel include shipping and tax?
A $25 minimum angel purchase enables Angelkraft to ground ship all orders by UPS at no additional cost. Orders shipped to states other than Arizona are exempt from sales tax.

Are Angelkraft angels sold anywhere else?
Angelkraft.com is the only authorized retailer of Angelkraft angels and books. But whenever Elvera makes public appearances, she autographs and sells her books to accommodate requests made by her audiences.
