Please note that if you have purchased an item in-game and didn't received it, we need information like:

  • Capture screen of your receipt given to you by Apple or Google
  • The UUID of your device: you can find it in the app under Settings > Your User ID
  • What kind of items are missing (like gold, diamonds, bonuses) and how much has not been sent to you
